Our Countdown Consultation Package means you have a partner, a guide and advocate who will take what you have already done and provides the extra assistance you need.

Here’s what you can look forward to-

We work with all the fabulous vendors you have already chosen, review their contracts, and partner with them to pull off your special day.  We also get to know you and set up the meetings with any additional vendors you need that fit into your budget and complement your desires.   We will be your advocate and introduce you to vendors that you can trust and enjoy working with.

Having a budget that works for you instead of against you can make planning a breeze.  We will take your existing budget and review it and identify how to get the most out it. Your budget becomes the cornerstone to what’s possible and how your visions will become reality.  Updates and progress meetings will address any concerns so everyone is headed in the same direction and you can head down the aisle stress free and beautiful. 

This is what the Countdown Consultation Package includes

1.       Review of existing and future vendor contracts and or service agreements

2.       Budget evaluation and updates

3.       Vendor matching services

4.       Unlimited consultations on the phone and via email.

5.       Walk through of ceremony and reception sites

6.       Progress meetings as requested

7.       Attendance at final session with caterer, ceremony and reception site managers

8.       Create detailed and informative time line for wedding day
